RNobo was contracted to take this unique residential project through the design development process to Development Permit drawings.

 

Over the course of 4 months, 4 versions were proposed, and countless variations therein were developed and rendered. The images shown here represent the higest quality renderings of what came to be the 3rd version, selected plans and elevations from the final Permit set, and medium-quality renders from the 1st version.
