Billard Architecture had a preliminary design in place for this residential multi-unit dwelling, and contacted RNobo to adjust the design to comply with Zoning requirements, and produce Permit ready drawings - including basic renders and street-scene.
In 3 weeks, we went from hand sketches and basic CAD floor plans to BP submission compliance.
